Slotify™ Partner Onboarding Agreement Summary

1. Services Provided by Slotify™

The Platform provides the Partner with access to its proprietary online booking system to list services, manage real-time slot availability, and accept customer bookings.

2. Partner Obligations (What the Salon Must Do)

The Partner agrees to:

• Maintain **accurate** service descriptions and pricing.
• **Honor all confirmed bookings** at the confirmed price and time.
• Ensure staff manage and update slot availability promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of service quality and professionalism.

3. Financial Terms: Commission & Fees

• **Service Fee:** The Commission Rate for all bookings facilitated through the Platform is currently **0% (Free Onboarding)**.
• **Payment Processing:** All payments for services booked will be processed **directly by the Partner** (at the salon or via their own chosen gateway).

4. Data and Privacy

The Partner agrees to use customer data (name, contact details, booking history) provided by Slotify™ **solely for fulfilling the booking** and related communication, and must comply with all applicable privacy laws.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with **thirty (30) days written notice**.
